I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I missed having a refrigerator. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was manageable, especially when accommodating special needs. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few improvements needed.
Over Father's Day weekend, I checked into my room at the hotel. The rooms need a little upgrade, especially in the bathrooms, and being on the ground floor facing the street with no isolation was a bit of a downside. However, the service was really kind and friendly despite the three receptionists appearing to spend most of their time flirting with upper management. Located next to La Gran Plaza, the hotel is ideal for a relaxing stay and conveniently close to a large mall with plenty of dining options. The dining experience, with a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and juices, was more like having brunch. Overall, it's a great place to relax or play cards with friends.
